My research focus was cryptanalysis of stream ciphers. See&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/dblp.org\/pid\/k\/SKunzli2.html\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/dblp.org\/pid\/k\/SKunzli2.html\">dblp<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/scholar.google.com\/citations?user=rv1ENbwAAAAJ&amp;hl=en\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/scholar.google.com\/citations?user=rv1ENbwAAAAJ&amp;hl=en\">scholar<\/a>&nbsp;for a list of publications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to that, I studied physics at the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20200814161901\/http:\/\/www.space.unibe.ch\/\">University of Bern<\/a>. I wrote my master\u2019s thesis in field of computational physics and obtained the M.
